This is a great agent for taking your home and auto Insurance Payment each quarter for more than 10 years, but when something goes wrong and you need to actually use the insurance then it is a whole different story. Be Smart and Shop around. This agent will try to tell you that Travelers is the best deal in town, however I have learned the hard way that Travelers is not even close to being the best deal. I am not happy with Travelers Insurance Company or the service I received from Lanzty Insurance Agency. A good Insurance Agent will be on your side when dealing the insurance company, this Agent just says "We can put the auto claim in, but I double Travlers will cover it". My advice is to keep looking if your shopping for auto insurance.
