I had planned to purchase a used steel trailer and he upgraded me to a new aluminum tilt trailer. Yes, it cost more but it fit my needs to a "T"! He even held the trailer for a week until I could come back with the proper funds since I purchased the more expensive trailer with a simple handshake. First class dealer!
